Future of Teams

A research and field-building initiative developing frameworks for the future of collaboration. To contend with an era of increased human-machine teaming, new theories and models of teamwork are needed. We draw in wisdom from fields as diverse as athletics, jazz, and cognitive science to develop and test novel teamwork approaches that improve performance across sectors. We begin with healthcare and the cultural sector as two significant test beds.
